Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment.
Payments can be made using approved payment methods. Full payment must be completed before the travel date.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation date and supplier policies.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, subject to airline and hotel policies.
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, travel insurance and any other required documents.
Travel Design Story acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party suppliers and is not responsible for delays, natural disasters or events beyond our control.
